Not answering the phone, and not returning messages, seems to be the norm in NM for many industries, so kudos to Donner for picking up the phone, scheduling service, and showing up (on time to boot). Andre promptly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, cleaned up, and charged a fair price. He also showed us a couple of tips for keeping the sinks flowing. One of the few things I miss from the northeast is being able to get a service professional to my home without a hassle. Donner Plumbing shows that it is possible out here. Next time we inevitably need a plumber we know who to call.

Andres from Donner Plumbing & Heating arrived right at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job resolving our clogged pipe issue and also installed a new toilet. He was polite, professional and competent, plus the charge was much less than I anticipated.
